Q. If I am selected to be a Scout, will I be paid?

A. Not with money, at least not initially. You will receive some outstanding experience and through our direction, you will learn how the major label and publishing pro's discover talent. You will be trained on what to look for and how to find it. That said, our best performing Scouts will be eligible for some nice prizes and will receive business cards once minimum requirements are met.
Q. What happens if I get an artist signed?

A. If you are selected and an artist you deliver is signed by us to a major label or major publisher, you will be awarded a signing bonus and be eligible for an additional bonus should the artist achieve platinum sales.
Q. What kind of music do you focus on?

A. We focus primarily on the mainstream music genres including Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Alternative and everything in between.
Q. If I am selected, what will my responsibilities be?

A. You will be responsible for submitting one artist per cycle. Since being an A&R person is all about critical review, you will also be required to review up to 10 other artists in your selected genre(s) of music. If you specialize in a genre or genres of music that feature live performances, you may be asked on occasion to go review live performances (not required). Your overall performance in the program and your eligibility for prizes will be determined not only by what you submit, but how well
